Producing in the city
Planned before we arrive.
City shoots succeed or stall on logistics. These are settled in pre-production, not on the day.
Locations and access
Building access, freight and elevator scheduling, and venue rules are confirmed in pre-production.
Scheduling
Shoot windows are planned around your calendar and venue availability, including load-in and load-out time.
Permits
Any location permissions are identified and arranged during planning where required.
Audio
Lavalier and boom setups chosen for the room, so interviews and event sound stay clean in busy or noisy environments.
Deliverables
Formats, lengths, and cutdowns for web, social, and presentations are agreed up front.

Do you travel to Manhattan?
Yes. We are based in the Hudson Valley and travel to Manhattan and the rest of New York City for shoots. Travel is included in the written proposal.
How big is the crew for a corporate shoot?
It depends on the scope. A single interview may need two or three people; a multi-camera event needs more. Crew size is set in the proposal.
What is the turnaround time?
It depends on length, number of deliverables, and review rounds. Short edits are often ready within a couple of weeks. The schedule is confirmed in the proposal.
