How far in advance should we book?
For events, four to eight weeks is ideal, especially in late spring through fall. Shorter timelines are often possible, so ask anyway.
Do you work outside the Hudson Valley?
Yes. We are Hudson Valley based and serve Manhattan, New York City, and the surrounding region. Travel is included in each project quote.
What happens if weather cancels a drone flight?
We plan a backup window with you before booking. If conditions aren’t safe or legal for flight, we reschedule rather than force it.
How do you price projects?
Every quote is built around scope: crew size, hours on site, and deliverables. Email us a few details and we’ll send a clear, itemized estimate.
